After last years humongous success we are giddy with excitement to announce,

that there will be a Guest Chef Series 2019 here at Benedicts.

There have been rumours we know 😉

To keep you lovely people all on your tippy toes, we have decided to announce one Guest Chef at a time, rather than all at once.

David Adlard

Former Owner of the Michelin Starred Adlard’s, Norwich

Norwich legend David Adlard will join Richard and his Team in the kitchen for 1 night only and create a nostalgic Menu. It’s 12 years since the famous Adlards closed it’s doors for David to enjoy retirement, after becoming the place to be in Norwich and after training up Chefs of the likes of Tom Kerridge and Aiden Byrne. This July he graces us with his excellence for a collaboration dinner. We are giddy with excitment, to see this local food hero back on the stove.

Beginning at 7pm, each evening will start with an arrival drink and a selection of snacks before diners sit down to enjoy a 6 course collaboration menu by Richard and the Guest Chef including matching wines to each course chosen by Adam, with tea and coffee to end the evening.

Kicking it all off is no other than Norfolk’s very own Tom Aikens. We are thrilled to have him join Richard and his team to create a unique 6 Course Menu.
